EcoVity: A Digital Platform Bringing Structure to the Vehicle Development of Tomorrow

The digital platform EcoVity for the modular development and production of vehicle components has been successfully tested as part of the IntWertL research project – involving real SMEs, real-world requirements, and end-to-end processes.

The result: The EcoVity approach works.
In a simulation, project partners were able to digitally map the entire value chain – from needs assessment and partner selection to production planning.

What companies gain:

  • Improved capacity utilization and clearer processes

  • Fewer friction losses in projects

  • New roles in the market – regardless of company size

  • More freedom for teams and better integration of skilled workers

EcoVity is still part of the research project IntWertL - but the direction is clear: those who help shape the future today will be ahead tomorrow.

More details on how it works, real-world testing, and how to get involved can be found in the latest blog post:
