Visit us at Hannovermesse

The Institute for Information Management in Engineering (IMI) has the honor of presenting the “IntWertL” research project at the Hannover Messe. The project is considered an outstanding example of innovation and networking in the mobility sector. For this reason, the KIT was invited by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection (BMWK) to present the project at the leading international trade fair for industrial transformation.
“IntWertL” stands for “Intelligent value creation networks for low-volume lightweight vehicles”. The project is investigating how a collaborative platform can be used to manufacture lightweight vehicles more efficiently, cost-effectively and sustainably in order to meet the mobility requirements of the future. The networking of partners and the exchange of knowledge play a central role in this. The project is coordinated by KIT and brings together the expertise of numerous partners from science and industry.
From March 31 to April 4, 2025, the project team will be represented at the Hannover Messe at the joint stand of Plattform Industrie 4.0 in Hall 8, Stand D26. The first results of the project will be presented there. Visitors will have the opportunity to try out the collaborative platform software and learn more about the technological advances. The presentation will be complemented by videos and real components to illustrate the topic.

Particularly noteworthy is the presentation on the EcoVity collaboration platform, which is the result of the “IntWertL” project. This will be held on April 2 at 3:30 p.m. on the stage of the BMWK stand in Hall 2, Stand A18.
